Made‑to‑Order Items

All products sold by OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ — including items fulfilled through Printify and Tapstitch™ — are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will receive:

• A replacement at no cost, or

• A refund, depending on the situation

This applies to all fulfillment partners, including Tapstitch™.

Natural Variations (Tapstitch™ Items)

Tapstitch™ items may feature washed, dyed, or textured finishes. Slight variations in color, tone, or texture are normal and not considered defects.

Non‑Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color variations due to screen differences

• Natural wash/dye variations in Tapstitch™ items

• Carrier delays

• Packages marked “Delivered”

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
