Processing Times
All products are made to order.
Standard production time is 2–7 business days before shipment.
Orders begin production immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.
Carrier delays, weather issues, customs holds, or unforeseen disruptions are outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Packages Marked “Delivered”
If the carrier marks a package as Delivered, OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ is no longer responsible for the package. This includes:
Theft
Misdelivery
Packages taken from porches, mailrooms, or shared spaces
Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Packages Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no delivery scan or the package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will:
Open an investigation with the print provider
Replace or refund the order if confirmed lost
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Courtesy Replacements
OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ may offer a one‑time courtesy replacement at our discretion. This is not guaranteed.
