Processing Times

All products are made to order.

Standard production time is 2–7 business days before shipment.

Orders begin production immediately and cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once submitted.

Shipping Costs

OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ Standard Shipping (Printify‑Fulfilled Items)

  • Flat rate of $5.99 for a single shirt or hoodie.

  • Weight‑based shipping automatically applies to all OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ apparel and accessories fulfilled through Printify.

Tapstitch™ Shipping (Tapstitch‑Fulfilled Items)

  • Flat rate of $5.80 per order for Tapstitch™ reverse‑dyed sweat shorts and specialty pieces.

  • Applies only to products fulfilled by Tapstitch™.

Free Shipping (All Products)

Free Shipping is automatically applied when two or more items are purchased in a single order. This includes mixed orders across all OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ product lines.

No promo code required. The system updates your shipping to $0.00 at checkout once two items are in the cart.

You may mix and match any sizes, styles, or fulfillment partners to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Carrier delays, weather issues, customs holds, or unforeseen disruptions are outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Packages Marked “Delivered”

If the carrier marks a package as Delivered, OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ is no longer responsible for the package. This includes:

  • Theft

  • Misdelivery

  • Packages taken from porches, mailrooms, or shared spaces

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Packages Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no delivery scan or the package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will:

  • Open an investigation with the print provider or fulfillment partner

  • Replace or refund the order if confirmed lost

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Courtesy Replacements

OACW OUTSIDE A CANVAS WEAR™ may offer a one‑time courtesy replacement at our discretion. This is not guaranteed.
